Rahim explained everything clearly, patiently answered all my questions and performed the procedure with great care. With the aid of a small camera and monitor he was able to show me the build up of wax in both ears prior to removal, and the clear passage following the procedure. Very professional calm and reassuring service from Rahim. My son was a little nervous but was made to feel at ease from the get go. Premises was beautiful and service outstanding.
