This was my first visit, and Rahim made every effort to ensure it was a positive experience. Having first discussed my symptoms and concerns, I had an opportunity to see that both ears were clear and healthy via the on screen images. Rahim managed to squeeze me in on the same day that I enquired about an appointment, he (& his beautiful dog Millie) welcomed me with a friendly face and fantastic service. I had a consultation with Rahim only to find I had a dome from my hearing aid in my left ear. Rahim removed it and the wax that had built up around it, the procedure was painless and I would recommend this Audiologist to anyone, he is professional and has a personable manner towards his patients. Excellent service from first meeting  Mr Rahim Mitha through to the end of the session. Rahim greeted me with a confident smile and explained the whole process slowly and clearly. Great to see the before and after of both my ears ..they both were very blocked and after just 10 minutes they were both crystal clear. I can’t recommend Rahim enough..
