Very happy with the procedure. Rahim explained everything clearly, patiently answered all my questions and performed the procedure with great care. With the aid of a small camera and monitor he was able to show me the build up of wax in both ears prior to removal, and the clear passage following the procedure. This was our first experience at the Hearing health hub and must say what an excellent experience from start to finish. Very professional calm and reassuring service from Rahim. My son was a little nervous but was made to feel at ease from the get go. Premises was beautiful and service outstanding. Will be returning for the wax removal service next time when needed. Took my son to have his ears checked due to hearing loss and thought it could be a build up of wax. Hearing Health Hub was fantastic at identifying the problem and very professional. Will definitely use again and recommend to others
