Rahim immediately puts his patients at ease by explaining each stage of the process before hand, the hearing aids are colour coded for left and right ear to avoid confusion he ensures the patient is made aware of which aid to insert into which ear and checks that the pitch is at the correct level before you leave, the follow up appointment is explaining how to use the prongs which stops any build up of wax onto the aids as this would effect the performance,.

I would definitely recommend micro-suction from Rahim’s service.  Beforehand I was unsure about the cost but convinced by the quick response time and I am so glad I went ahead.  I genuinely didn’t know before my long-serving kitchen clock actually ticks!! (Quite loudly.)  And my new trousers are extremely noisy too when I walk!!  As you can tell, I have found the micro suction treatment to be more effective than the old syringing and I have also found the effects to be more long lasting.
